We live so very far from everyone. Way up here on this hill, sometimes it gets awful lonely. Don't get me wrong, I am grateful for where we are in our lives right now, in a beautiful neighborhood, in a beautiful home, snuggled up against some red rocks in the Rocky Mountains. I am very lucky. But sometimes it is lonely. I miss my friends and family, especially my mom. I can't help but feel like Chloe is missing so much by not knowing all those crazy people I love.
Recently I have begun to find my niche. You know the feeling, like when you finally fit who you are into a new place, a new life. It's taken nearly two years, since we first made the move. I'm finally home.
And it feels good.
I've never been good at blogging, but I'm giving it another shot, you'd never know I've had a blog for a couple years now, since this is my first entry.
SO... this is for my family and friends who can't be here with us in our little corner of the world here, way, way up on a hill.
Come on over, and stay a while...
